America250 Ambassador

I am honored to share that I'll be serving as one of Idaho’s ambassadors for America250, the national initiative commemorating the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. This historic milestone will be celebrated over the next year and I'm excited to help facilitate this monumental moment.

During a recent visit to Washington, D.C., I walked through many of our nation’s most iconic landmarks. Standing in those places where our history began, it is impossible not to feel anything but humbled by the courage and conviction of our founding generation. Their story continues to inspire pride in what it means to be an American.

From the very beginning, our nation has faced challenges, and today is no exception. Yet the genius of our founders was in creating a system that welcomes debate, embraces differences, and transforms conflict into progress. That foundation has made the United States THE greatest nation in the history of the world, and it remains the source of our strength moving forward.

As we prepare to mark this 250-year milestone, my hope is that America250 serves as a unifying moment. Let it be a time when we come together as one American family, take pride in our shared history, and celebrate the enduring courage and vision of the men and women who built our country.

I hope together, we can honor and reflect on our past, and let that American spirit fuel our next 250 years!
